Since 2011, I started to develop My self in Volleyball Coaching. I finished my education in National Sport Academy in Sofia. Currently I'm Head Coach at Rapid Bucurest in Romania Divizia A1 and In 2022 I was Head Coach of the Bulgaria Women's Volleyball Team U21.
Мy Career started in 2014 in a small Volleyball Academy in my hometown Sofia. I dealt with high school kids between the ages of 14-19. Our idea was to popularize and develop mass sports, in particular volleyball at school. After three years of successful work with “Hector” Sofia Volleyball Academy, I fell into the eyes of the Bulgarian women’s champion “Maritza” Plovdiv and for first time in the summer of 2017 I was confronted with the High Level Volleyball.
After my first 2 months in Plovdiv, I realized that the work on High Level Volleyball is my recognition and my passion. With the team of “Maritza” we achieved unprecedented successes for the Bulgarian volleyball, we managed to qualify the first Bulgarian women’s volleyball team in the Champions League group stage and consolidated the successful season with a gold double – title and cup in Bulgaria.

Currently I'm pro volleyball coach with the highest level of certificate from FIVB Coaches Course - Level III. I had 4 International Volleyball Internships in Trento (Italy), Friedrichshafen & Berlin (Germany) and VakifBank Sports Club (Istanbul, Turkey).
One of the best Volleyball Analysts in Bulgaria
After a well done job in Maritza, I was invited to become part of the Bulgarian Women’s National Volleyball Team. My work with the individual volleyball softwares, my vision for the volleyball game, my analytical skills and the preparation of the tactical part made me one of the best volleyball analysts in Bulgaria.
Head Coach of the most titled club in Bulgaria
In season 2019/2020 I got the opportunity to be a part of the most titled club in Bulgaria – “Levski” Sofia and I had the honor of being the Head Coach of the women’s Volleyball Team, with which I made my debut in Europe as a senior coach and at the end of the season we won the silver medals of National Volleyball League in Bulgaria.

Bulgarian power in other colours. Thank you, Ukraine! 
During the global pandemic of COVID I had the wonderful opportunity to be part of the Ukrainian National Team in the summer of 2021 with my good friends – Bulgarian coaches Vladimir Orlov and Evgeni Ranchinski. A unique working atmosphere and a record-breaking finish in the eight-finals for the Ukrainian Women’s Volleyball Team at the 2021 European Championships.

Crazy season during crazy times – Brusno, Slovakia 2021/2022
Sport during a global pandemic in a country that, thanks to the people there, felt like my second home. Lots of emotions, lots of historical moments, lots of drama, lots of volleyball and lots of true friends! An unforgettable season!

Sadly the Russian adventure ended quickly due to the global political situation and going home was inevitable!
